Dr. Kevin Howell is a valued veterinarian at Hooves and Paws Pet Hospital.

Dr. Howell was born and raised in Frisco, TX. He received his bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University in 2019, and he received his DVM from St. George's University in 2024. Dr. Howell has particular interests in dermatology and soft tissue surgery. He met his wife, Blair, in college and they have been married for 2 years. They, along with their dog Pete, enjoy being outdoors and spending time with family and friends. When Dr. Howell has free time, he enjoys playing golf and cheering on his Dallas sports teams.
